Forgiveness is the process of coming to terms with what is and bringing closure to demanding "an eye for an eye".

As we grow to forgive, we heal on the inside and our relationships improve and heal. We move away from the concept of retribution, as we learn that when we judge, we are judged. We are able to forgive those who have passed on and those who have moved away from our lives a long time ago. Issues that have long been buried in our tissues, finally leave, as we undertake Forgiveness Meditations as a practice.
